Scientists Want To Convert Greenhouse Gases Into Gasoline. We Want Them To Succeed.

Should this idea be put in the same bin as the air-powered engine or the engine that runs on water? The scientists who’ve proposed the idea say that all the components to make it work are already in existence. It will, however, require enormous amounts of energy and wouldn’t be economically feasible until gas prices hit $4.60, which isn’t too far off in the future.

I want them to do well, because I still have 60 years on this earth!

    That’s a good idea.

It amuses me that Governments (European ones in-particular) turn on motorists about the green house effect, when we are in-fact the minority of polluters, when industry is by far the biggest.

I’d rather keep driving my car, than see cheap, quickly disposable products on the shelves at places like Wal-Mart and Asda, that have been shipped half way around the globe.
