That speeding ticket law does sound messed up. Maybe as my car is still on finance, I could just pass a Maryland speeding ticket onto my bank who own my car.
those cops sound like some bitches. why is it good to fine the citizens but not the cops as well. they need to pay taxes also for once instead of just reaping the benefits of tax dollars
