Looks like Jeremy Clarkson might be losing some points off his license and 60 Pounds poorer. Caught via camera-phone by a couple who spotted him on the highway in his 6.3 Mercedes, Clarkson, according to the Daily Mail, initially denied being in the car at that time. When shown the photos, he said, "that isn’t a mobile phone." After slamming the door on the reporter, he then shouted, "Look, I write a column for another newspaper. I’m not allowed to talk to you."

oh ho hooo. BUSTED!
Damn.. and he did so well too… oh well.. more to come.
How do they prosecute without a plate number, or even a shot of the face. You can’t even tell if the car is moving for sure. Does make me glad I live in a land where I can talk on the phone wherever I want.
Clarkson is far from discrete when breaking the law.
As Roger Moore said in the Cannonball Run movie, “why advertise?”
I think people who take pictures like that and send them to the press deserves to be hanged. What purpose, other than the self-serving jealousy they’re feeding upon, does this serve? Absolutely none.
…who gives a fuck
i see a slight issue with this picture. he’s driving left sided. isn’t he in britain, where they drive right sided?
Not only is it wrong, but it abuses the government’s power to enforce laws. It is so wrong since this is taken by some average guy in a car nearby, and not an official camaera installed by the state. Hence Ben your right how can you ticket someone if there is no Plate, no face it could be anyone who just hates to wash his hair, and the big kicker is what if he is at a red light or a traffic jam, i see no motion blur in the background as associated with most other images. Allowing this to Clarkson opens up a hole for the government to pinch you for anything, anyway.
