YouTube is not located in the UK, so they would have no power over the company’s operations.

It’ll never work. Some t##t on pistonheads posted some clips of him doing stupid speeds and overtaking down country lanes expecting people to go ‘wow, thats really cool driving’. He wasn’t prepared for the honest feedback from others on the forum telling him what an idiot he was and pulled the clip off youtube himself.

Sorry it’s in french, but its about a guy who put a video on Youtube with him speeding and the police tried to take him to court with the video as evidence and trying to prove it his him who was driving and that it is his car. He has been let off because the video wasn’t enough evidence and can’t be dated.
Though i still wonder what the famous Gendarmerie where doing on Youtube?
