1,196 miles into the trip.
254 miles from Oklahoma City.
Co-piloten David Maher has assumed 80% capacity in evaulation duty testing Polizei 144B, whilst Kommandant Roy had retired to the rear cabin for a brief nap. Upon awakening, Roy and Maher discussed (in animated tones and exact language) the implications of a story reported yesterday on CNN which detailed a startling figure: around 18% of licensed American drivers have proven unable to pass their license renewal exams.
Roy and Maher look forward to celebrating the Oklahoma City Centennial weekend upon arrival in the capitol of this great state.

Oklahoma.
For Gods sake. I think they burn Rally drivers at the stake there.
Sorry, that’s still Massachusetts.
Go dressed as a Vatican Bishop, with some Holy water around the rear view mirror.
That might buy you some time.
If you stop in Texas, pick up some real authentic Beef Brisket for lunch.
There’s nothing like it.
Bring back a Hooters girl, or at least a Hooters T Shirt.
The South Carolina Survival kit :
1 Portable deep fryer
6 Bags of frozen chicken wings
2 Bottles of Tabasco sauce.
8 Nascar tapes featuring Richard Petty
Wait a minute……..That’s the Pennsylvania Survival Kit.
OOPS.. My Bad.
Just make it home safely.
With the Chicken wings….and the Hooters girl.
Glad to see you’re covering the trip using Google Earth and Maps. Keep us updated JF. Thanks.
