Sorry for the late notice, but Team Polizei’s new allies at VW/Audi/Porsche tuners AWE were kind enough to secure us a spot at the official Waterfest organizer’s booth today, Sunday the 22nd, which means the Polizei M5 will be making its first public appearance since the 2007 Gumball 3000.
FastLaneDaily is sending a camera crew down to follow us as we walk the Exhibition Area. As a former Audi A4 and S4 owner, this is an event after my heart.
Please come find the yellow-Polizei shirted guy with the shaved head…and introduce yourself. I’ll always be more of a fan than a rally driver, and love putting a face to the names of those I only know from the Audiworld boards.

We need more car shows like WaterFest.
The Audi’s are really awesome. I am truly impressed with the looks and power these great cars have.
I dare say, some of the VW’s are pretty intriguing as well.

I saw Alex at WF13 and he seemed very intrigued by mein “Zoll Auto”. I had no idea who this guy was even after he handed me his card and we started talking. It’s hard to stay up-to-date while serving in Afghanistan for 14 months. I had to look at the web addresses on his card to really learn who it was I had talked to. I am really impressed that someone knew my theme.
