Some people should just not exceed the limit. If you’re going so fast that you can’t handle bringing your car to a stop…..

It’s too bad for the passengers, but thank god no innocent bystanders got killed

M Filion, you said no innocent bystanders, well if you think about it the passengers could be considered innocent bystanders. They were just trying to get home. This goes to show that uncontrolled speed is deadly, and also that Japanese cars are to. Why, because if the paper went out of there way to say that it was Japanese they feel the same to.

You are correct about the bystanders Jason. I have to disagree about Japanese cars though. There are some really good, performant and safe Acuras, Infinities, Lexus, ect. out there. Way safer than an Avalanche. Yet some people speed safely in those (ei. Rawlings).

In the end, being a good driver is all about knowing your limit and your car’s limit. This guy was abviously way past. As for the passengers, it doesn’t say they were kidnapped, so chances are (I could be wrong) they had a choice of being in that fast moving vehicle or not.

By the Way, did Rawlings do his 3151 in his Avalanche?
