Don’t. Or at least…if you intend to…do it soon. I heard someone did it back in 2000 or 2001, but have yet to learn details. Manhattan will soon be blanketed with the same type of camera network used in London. Intended to prevent terror attacks, a coincidental byproduct will be the permanent impossibility of replicating Lelouch’s staggering acheivement. At least in my hometown.
One might get away with shooting it, if the camera network operators figured out what the driver was doing…and where he was going.
Maybe.
And yes, I know I and others have posted this a million times, but there really are people who still haven’t seen it, which is why I’m linking to it a gazillion times even in this short post. If you’ve only seen Rendezvous online. I strongly recommend you buy and watch it on the biggest screen/home theater possible, and not just because my web store sells it. Trust me.
(Thanks to the Christian Science Monitor)

Your assertion that Rendezvous should be viewed on the largest screen possible with the best sound equipment available is correct. I mean, I’d seen it on a big-screen TV. But watching it on your setup was like seeing it again for the first time.
Another great video, thanks for sharing!
That reminds me of those Getaway in Stockholm short movies which were influenced by C’était un rendez-vous, although I preferred the first few they made, that featured more extreme driving than the later ones. They did however use fake Cops, but we all love imitation Cops!
Geil !!!
which means - in Germany : absolutely fantastic !
Love this, dispite it being a dubbed Mercedes.
