Some cyclists are really being disrespectful to car drivers, resulting in drivers being disrespectuflu to them, and vice versa. The same applies to bike paths and pedestrians. This results in a very dangerous safety situation for the cyclists and pedestrians that are innocent. So for the few that ruins it for the rest, I think it is appropriate that they get fined.
