I love BMW’s Art Cars, so of course I’m hyper proud of Garage419 (and as-yet-unannounced Team Polizei member) Matt Farah’s makeover of his personal Mini Cooper. Enjoy.
(CORRECTION - Matt just pointed out that his Mini’s a John Cooper Works edition, not a mere S.)

It looks incredible, reflective vinyl is awesome. Lets hope no one scrapes that in the parking lot. (Guess what happened to me today. At least it wasn’t an art car.)
It’s actually a Mini Cooper JCW, not S.
It’s a great vinyl artwork!!!
I’m not so sure about the reflective vinyl. I like the addition of something stylish to make a car your own, but glowing in the dark would make stealth impossible.
I just wrotea report on the BMW Art Car today, and a few are cool, but a few are ugly. Sorry Matt, I like Garage 419 and what you do, but this is ugly.
The car doesn’t actually glow in the dark. In order to get the vinyl to reflect, you have to shine a relatively bright light directly onto it, like from headlights or a camera. So it’s not as obnoxious as the pictures make it seem. And besides, I have other cars that don’t reflect if I want to be stealth.
As for it being ugly, everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. You can’t please everyone with a car like that, but I happen to like it.
I admit there are a few non-stealth cosmetic items on my cars too. Sorry to have poked at your Mini - it’s still a very cool car, and I appreciate your 419 work.
That thing with the boobs out looked like a MAN, sick vinyl though.
That is amazing. I wish I had a car that lent itself to something like that.
