It has nothing to do with $. They drove in Germany where there is no speeding restrictions so there is no harm caused. Sadly the German Polizei just wanted to fill their pockets a bit more and stop them. Although they did nothing wrong.

Q.A.Nguyen afaik they are all back on the road. they were released this morning in groups.

but already read somewere that they are taking the plane afterall. wouldn't be that suprising really bet they counted on being in frankfurt last night and just driving trough the night to istanbul now they lost like 5/6 hours. so its kinda impossible to make it by car on time i guess.
