I’m bringing Polizei M5 144A to The New England Auto Show in Boston for a one day appearance tomorrow - Saturday, December 1st - for anyone interested in a tour of the car used on four Gumball 3000 rallies and our 31:04 Transcon record run, signed copies of "The Driver", or posters of our beloved Polizei Interceptor.
If you can make it between 10AM and 10PM, please come find us on the show floor and introduce yourself!

But yes. J.F. has agreed to be a rare contributor on Jalopnik. Once home to Davey Johnson and recently departed Mike Spinelli - both good friends and witnesses to our 31:04 record run - new Editor-In-Chief Ray Wert was wise enough to ask Mr. Musial to join up.

Racing Legend Alex Zanardi was kind enough to give me an interview at SEMA 2007, and the FULL interview is now available here and via Garage 419. We discussed the Acura NS-X bearing his name, GT4 and Forza Motorsport, and the accident which changed his life.

"The Driver" Book Tour will hit San Francisco on Monday, November 26th with a stop @ Enigma Motors in Dublin, California. That’s the East Bay, FYI. We’re going to start at 6PM, and I will be reading, showing off Team Polizei’s BMW M5 144B, showing video from Cory Welles‘ "32 Hours 7 Minutes" and demonstrating my implementation of Google Earth as part of our planning and validation of our record-setting 31:04 US Transcontinental Run.

I like hot dogs. I love ice cream. So I’m bringing Team Polizei’s BMW M5 Interceptor 144B to The Stand in Encino tonight in order to eat and relax on the eve of "The Driver" book tour.
Anyone interested in fast food, Team Polizei, "The Driver", "32 Hours, 7 Minutes" or Polizei 144B should come down to The Stand, 17000 Ventura Blvd, Encino, California tonight between 1930hr and 2100hr.
Sorry for the late notice, but between travel delays, prepping 144B and ISP issues, updates have been tough. We will, however, be posting all future events at least five days in advance, and not merely to select communities/forums. More to follow.

The Polizei M5 144B has completed its break-in run, arriving this morning with Alex Roy behind the wheel in beautiful Los Angeles. After a day of rest, Alex and crew will begin the west coast book tour, making the first stop at the L.A. Auto Show.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
